Wow, how time flies! Three years have already zipped by. Let’s be real, I haven’t kept up with all six steps perfectly, but I’ve mostly been with three big ones: exercise (2–3 days a week), 10-minute meditation (twice a week), and reading (4–5 days a week).

The coolest thing? These routines have built a rock-solid foundation that’s wonderfully helped me grow.

Here’s the takeaway: Keep going! Even small improvements each day can lead to HUGE progress over a year. Think about it — 1% better every day adds up to a whopping 365% improvement by year’s end. 🤗

I’m just a 20s-years-old one with hyphen-alike eyes, who was confused with my life. Worried about futures and struggled to live on a day-to-day basis.

After lived with powerless life for a while, I felt that I can’t be with that way anymore. Therefore, I bought a book of The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. Then, I have applied and adopt new knowledge from the book, and it was the starting point that has profoundly changed my life for the past 2 months. In this medium, we will go through some knowledge from the book and also my experiences on these 6 steps

Before Going Through Steps, First Let’s Understand Why Need To Be Morning?

Because of

  1. Not Tired Yet
  2. No Work
  3. No Interruption

I have tried do some steps at night. It went well for a month, then never did it again. Sometimes I have mentally or physically tired from working, have some works to think, or my friend called me to invite me to have just one drink. Yeah! one drink ,_,. Moreover, it consumed a huge amount of my energy for personal development at night. I felt that night stands for rests only.

Some may say that getting up in the morning is a bit difficult, so there are 2 examples of techniques for you to select and address the issue.

  1. When wake, go brush or drink a cup of water immediately.
  2. Place alarm far away from your bed.

Let’s try and see your result. Now! it’s time to go through the 6 steps together and feel free to think your ideas along the way.~

SIX EASY STEPS, You Should Do On Every Morning To Have Blissful Life:

What we are going do is we will read. Then think about your desired activities for 30 to 60 seconds on each step. Also, write down or type in an online software such as Miro or Google Sheets. let’s get start!.

1. Silence

An activity that gets you peace of mind or inner calm such as meditation, praying or long inhale.

Duration: start with 5 minutes (add more time when you feel it’s too short)

2. Learn

An activity that grows you on your interested topics such as reading a book/ e-book/ Medium, listening to podcasts or watching Youtube.

Duration: start with 10 minutes (add more time when you feel it’s too short)

3. Affirm

An activity that you commit yourself what you will do in a day to get closer to your successful visualization. Here are 2 main questions and 1 affirmation that I’m currently noting via an app of 5 Minute Journal: Self-Care (Simple to use).

3.1 Three things I am grateful for?
(Anything that make you feel great, for example, I am grateful that my girlfriend is extremely supportive and believe in me.)

3.2 What will I do to make today great?
(Quantifiable, for example, I would send 50 emails to potential clients within today.)

3.3 Daily Affirmations
(Telling ourselves in positive contexts , for example, I’m safe, loved and protected.)

Duration: 2 minutes

4. Review

An activity that reflect yourself. It can be noting, typing or speaking like Q&A with yourself in front of mirror. Here are 2 main questions that I’m currently noting via an app of 5 Minute Journal: Self-Care (Simple to use).

2.1 What were the highlights from your day?
2.2 How could I have made yesterday/today better?

Duration: 2 minutes

5. Visualize

An activity that you visualize your success self on your mind. Think in term of you’re already that successful person which can be any topics such as relationships, businesses, or physical and mental health, for example, in my relationship topic, I normally think I have fun with my girlfriend while driving and it worked well for me when we were on the car together.

Duration: 2 minutes

6. Exercise

An activity that increases your heart rate such as jumping jacks, running or searching and following 10 minutes workout on Youtube.

Duration: start with 10 minutes (add more time when you feel it’s too short)

With only consistent 30 to 60 minutes on your morning, you will find blissful things that you never find before for sure. I can guarantee.
